A fingerprint makes its unique mark, leaves evidence, a personal seal, a signature of consent or approval. Fingerprints in Uganda makes its mark leaving evidence of caring by sharing in improving the lives of children in Jinja.
Knitters of Bristol
we thank friends of Sew & Sew, Westbury on Trym for knitting an abundance of jumpers and hats; a vast parcel of which will be sent to our Tuesday Beady Circle, necklace-makers in Masese, Jinja for their babies and children to keep warm.
Bev (The Manageress) Jude, Judy and Wendy chose necklaces made by the Masese ladies, who will be thrilled to see the photos but all the more to receive the woolies in due course.
Knitters you have good hearts and thank you for making a difference in the lives of those who have less than we do here in the West.
This is a wonderful example of using time and skills.
