Fabulously Fantastic Fundraisers

Every penny counts.

Thank you to all who have contributed recently to the wonderful initiatives knocking-on  around Bristol, supporting our brothers and sisters in Jinja, Uganda.

James (The Heart) Wearmouth inspired Year 7 boys at Queen Elizabeth Hospital to bake and bring  cakes for others to buy. The Headmaster had granted us a second Mufti Day, whereby the boys and staff are allowed to wear “home clothes/civvies” for which they pay! Followed by James with friends setting up a vast sweet, crisps and cans stall.   This excellent enterprise generated £1,376.48!!  Which means 69 days of porridge (82,800 pots) to sustain the well-being of the pupils in Kyabirwa. AMAZING

James was notable for his “barrow boy” style,  shouting, “Spend 50p and feed 30 children.”
